RETURNS
We at Evrly Lane would like to thank you for your purchase and want you to be completely satisfied. In the instance that you need to return your item, the following terms and conditions apply.
RETURNS PROCESS
Returns can be made within 14 days of receiving your order for a Store Credit or Exchange.
Please email admin@evrlylane.com with a short description of your need to return. If there is an issue with the product, please include a photo to help our team best assist you. Our team will then provide a return address and instructions via email.
When you're ready to return your item(s), please place them back in the original shipping parcel along with your invoice. Alternatively, you are welcome to use other packaging as long as the product is secure. Please keep in mind that original shipping charges are non-refundable, and we do not cover the cost of return postage.
Evrly Lane cannot be held liable for any loss or damage that may occur. For peace of mind, we recommend using a traceable delivery method and keeping a record of your tracking number.
For International customers, please be aware that any duties and taxes paid to clear your delivery are non-refundable upon returning your item.
CONDITIONS OF RETURN
The goods are returned within 14 days of receiving the order.
Item(s) must be in perfect condition and must not have been worn, altered, damaged, washed or laundered. This includes marks such as make-up or fake tan as well as odors such as perfume, deodorant, body odor, cosmetics and washing powder. In this case, we will be unable to accept your return.
Item(s) must be in original packaging with all tags attached.
In the event of an unsuccessful return outcome, a member of our Customer Care Team will contact you.
FAULTY RETURNS
If an item is assessed and considered as faulty, Evrly Lane offers several suitable solutions if contacted within 14 days of receipt.
Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear or incorrect garment care are not considered to be faulty.
If you have a faulty item(s) please contact us with a brief description and photo showing the defect/fault.
Should your item(s) have a minor fault we are happy to arrange a repair.
We do not offer refunds unless the item is deemed to have a major fault which is considered unrepairable or if we are unable replace the item for you.
Store Credits are valid for twelve months from the date of issue.
EXCHANGES
We are unable to reserve items, if you would like to exchange for a new size, please make a new purchase once your item(s) is returned.
SALE ITEMS
Items that have been purchased during a sale event or with a discount are not eligible for return.
